Close Encounters of the Baby Kind

My brother and his wife had their first baby two months after Baby E was born. This is the first meeting for Baby C and Baby E.

With this large crowd, there was never a shortage of hands willing to hold these cute girls. We think they will grow up to be great friends.

Their FIRST Pinata

Great-Uncle Bob thought a pinata would be the perfect touch to Great-Grandpa's 90th birthday bash. This group of anxious grand-children, couldn't agree more

Little ol' me? Lady looks like she is too dainty for this type of dirty work

Wrong!

Bell gets into the action, while Lady yells pointers from the sideline.

Great Grandpa's 90th

Our big family vacation this year was spent in California, starting off with my grandfather's 90ths birthday bash.
Grandpa LOVES little kids and they love him

Baby E was named after her great grandmother

The whole family came in from all over the country, and my cousin flew in from Hong Kong. It's been the first time everyone has been together since Uncle Michael's wedding.

Washing the Van

What is it about kids and washing cars? The girls love to go to the professional car wash with Daddy, but now that the weather is warm, they've tried their own arm at washing the van.

Lady takes the upper half. They are great helpers~!

Dance Recital

It's been a while since our last blog post and there's a reason: we've been busy! The girls had their first dance recital in May. The theme for their dance was "I'm glad to be me," and each girl got to choose her favorite outfit that represented her uniqueness. It saved me money on the costumes, and Bell was thrilled to pull out her dress from Christmas. Lady chose her Easter dress.

Posing for us

Baby E attended the show but was asleep the whole time. Gretters had to stay home, but next year she'll be old enough to attend and even dance.
