Surprise, surprise. Baby graced us with her sweet presence one month early. Three days of contractions and it only took an hour from the moment we arrived at the hospital (for the third time) to the moment she delivered. I did get the epidural, as I was dilated to a 9... but it didn't kick in until the doctor was stitching me up. I have to be honest, I didn't know I had it in me. The thought of "natural" childbirth scared me... but no longer. It was an amazing experience. The girls adore their baby sister and so do Daddy and I. She weighed 6 lbs 5 oz and measured 19.5 inches long at birth, born with dark blonde hair. She has such a peaceful spirit about her. She likes to sleep alot, so we try and enjoy every minute when she opens her eyes and looks around. I can't believe how incredibly blessed we are to have this baby in our family.
