If a composer could say what he had to say in words he would not bother trying to say it in music. -Gustav Mahler

Four Generations
Technically, there are only 3 generations showing in this picture, but I am present, just behind the camera. My grandmother, affectionately known as "Grammy," flew up as a surprise for my brother's birthday. It was a great opportunity for her to meet Baby and see the girls (and me) as well. She read stories to the girls and brought them fun toys and clothes. We went out for yummy Thai food and did a little shopping. The time went by fast, but we were glad we could see Grammy. I won't post her real age, because she would take another flight up here and beat me with her heavy handbag, but let me just say... people have accused her of being MY mother's sister, and everyone thinks my mother is in her early 40's... so there you have it.
