The worry on your face as you held your very tiny babies reminded me of every mother's feelings of worry for her babes. Instinct, it's a funny thing, and it doesn't abate over years; wanting to protect, to nurture, to love those spirits that become ours. That, and more is what I saw on your blog. Well done!
They are so cute!! I can't believe the amount of blood your daughter lost from her little finger!! we also spent a four-hour trip to the E.R. recently. Our three-year-old slipped running out of the shower, and cut her chin open. Why is it they make you wait with little kids for hours??? Don't they know what that does to the mother?
